So much happened this round, and by so much, I mean alot! So first off we managed to win the challenge. I'm surprised that Anagana did really well on keeping us on our toes. It was neck and neck at the final question but we managed to pull through and get the victory, sending Anagana back to Tribal Council to vote a 4th person out of the game! First, I just have to say how much I love my tribe. Everyone's done so well at showing up and being active. This past challenge, there was definitely one MVP and that was Todd. Todd won his question and then went on to win the most important question: the final question, in just less than a minute! Everyone in the chat was freaking out and so happy. I was just glad that someone from the China alliance went up and beyond because now they'll get heaps of credit for being a good addition to the tribe, so yay for Todd! He definitely became a hero!
After the challenge was over, Joel and I started talking serious strategy. He was telling me how he realized how no one was really strategizing or making alliances and last round hit us all like a big yellow bus and woke us up that we were playing a game and we could lose any second. I was just agreeing with the whole time, because I already had an alliance with James and Todd and then a separate one with Parvati. He then went on to tell me that he feels like he can trust me, etc, and I knew right then and there I was going to get an alliance proposal. Joel then asked for an alliance and I instantly accepted. Things are seriously going so well for me right now in this game, I love it so much! After we established our alliance, sometime we later we decided to expand it into a 4-person alliance, just so we would have a majority with voting, in case we lost. I was on board with the idea!
I didn't want to play the name game, where it takes 50 years to pick people to put into an alliance, so I asked him right off the bat and he said, "Todd, because he won the challenge for us tonight," and instant I felt a sigh of relief. Thank god. That was one of my core alliance members being put into this one too! We kept talking and then he brought up Parvati. Cue the next sigh of relief! It was just getting better and better. But I do think that Joel and Parvati had something previously, because he mentioned talking to her alot on PM, and she did the same with me. But that's fine with me! So we established a Joel-Ashley-Todd-Parvati alliance and then scattered off to PM them because they weren't online at the time. Todd replied back with a yes, and Parvati replied back with a yes too! I told Parvati that Joel was thinking about bringing in a 5th person too, later on for the merge, and when I asked if she had any ideas, she said James. And that was the third sigh of relief! I think I'll be good into the merge, just have to keep up with it! Love this game!
