Round #1 [Burying The Competition]

Just want to say thank you to Nicki Minaj for making a pretty sick looking game. I've never seen a board so well put together. This is going to be a fucking awesome game; just had to get that off my chest, haha. So tribes are made, I'd say that I have a good bunch on my tribe. I haven't had a chance to talk to anyone on AIM yet, but I plan to eventually. I got a PM from Na'Onka on the other tribe. She basically laid down the moves on the gravedigger of this game, yours truly. I don't find Na'Onka attractive at all, but she's a funny character and I would be down with some sort of black F2 deal, haha. I told her that. I've never seen an ORG with a black F2 or F3. So let's shake it up and possibly make that a reality.

I don't know how loyal I am to the idea of being ina F2 with Na'Onka. It's premature and one of us might not even make the later part of the game, or both of us might not. I'm just throwing the idea out into the universe for right now and hopefully she'll just nibble on it and soak it in. I also got a message from Todd about an alliance. He wants to do some sort of China alliance with him, Ashley, and I. I think it's a good idea, but I'm cautious. I haven't really gotten to know Todd or even Ashley, so right now it's more of a "Yeah, sure... I'm okay with that," but I'm really just saying that so I don't get a target on my back before the first challenge is even posted. If it does work out though, I'd be willing to do that alliance.

I sent messages out to everyone on my tribe, just trying to pump them up for the challenge tonight. I'm worried that I wasn't on last night and everyone got to talking without me. Usually when everyone starts talking the first 2-3 days and someone isn't around as much, everyone just goes, okay we'll just vote out so and so. I don't want to be that guy. I won't be that guy. I'm here to play this game just like everyone else right now. Tonight int he challenge the tribe is going to see that I'm here to help us all win and advance in this game. I hope that with tonight's challenge, an easy first boot is shown with someone not showing or doing terribly in contributing to the tribe. That way we can all just know the vote and get that person's ass out of the game as fast as we can without a care in the world.

What's going on in this game!? A brother was voted out first? Nick is the first boot of the game and I was a little shocked. I spoke to Eliza today on AIM and I really thought Jane would be the first boot because I hadn't seen her sign on the boards and she was probably the one that held them back, but then Eliza pointed out that Nick had alot of negative karma. It looked like a majority decision though, 7-1, so I hope Na'Onka is safe. I do have kind of a deal with her to be F2 if we make the merge, but I am still on the fence about it, because I do have a three-way alliance with Ashley and Todd, and then I also made another alliance today, this afternoon. I spoke to Parvati, and I decided to work the Micronesia/HvV angle just like Todd seemed to work the China angle, and it seemed to pull off. Parvati agreed.

She let me know that she's always weary of making alliances because she doesn't want to come across as shady. I feel the same way, but I do feel uncomfortable right now. This three-way alliance is great, but it doesn't really help anything right now with numbers. It really comes down to how much pull Ashley, Todd, and I have on the tribe. With me getting in a side alliance with Parvati, I plan to stay loyal to her as much as possible. I do have Todd/Ashley, but if they bring up Parvati's name to vote, I'll try everything to sway it away. Heck, a good idea would be to merge the alliances, but I don't know how I'd pull that off without really messing things up and putting a target on my neck. I need to just tread lightly for now and just move along with the waves. I don't want to cause anything disastrous.
